Dumb down the error to the lowest common denominator. It’s probably down to the pharmacist tech that normally works at a different CVS not reading the codes applied to the last RX fill you filled at the location. I had this happen to me repeatedly with an expensive-ish drug depending on who was working when I picked up.

In other words, don’t chalk up to malice that which can be attributed to laziness or ineptitude. (I’m intentionally not addressing any larger issues that may or may not…blah blah.)
