A $10k lawyer will make it go away. Really.

How many OT ballers were picking up trash with you? I'll answer--not many. That's because they paid lawyers that are connected and maybe have a favor owed to them. It may not be "right", but it is how it works.

When will the people realize that money makes the world go 'round??

Good post. I got anxious just reading your post. I am the type that would freak out about all of that. Seems like an enormous hassle

It's definitely stressful, but it's so much better for you, long term, to go through PTI.

PTI is a lot more work than that.

They don't hire $500 lawyers.

I blew over .017

Do you mean .17?

I feel like that is the curveball here. I mean you can still get charged with DUI/DWI while under the limit if a cop wants to be a dick, but you have a legit case to fight the charges if you blow under the legal limit at .08. OP needs to clarify, because if he sat back and took a DUI after blowing a .017, hes probably his own $500 lawyer haha

I don't frick around with drunk driving anymore. The older I get the easier it is to say I don't need things. When you run out of beer, it's probably a good thing.

I've been drinking a lot more frequently than I have in the past but I only drink a 6 pack at a time after that I'm good.

You seem obsessed that he got a $500 lawyer

He blew a .179.. He got in PTI which is probably the same outcome that people get with $2000 lawyers. No need to pay more for the same shite

"over .017" seems to indicate it was a high BAC, so it was likely .17
