I never thought about that. He would effectively get to use 8" of my property for free. At least he'd have something in common with his "roommate" that I call energizer bunny.

What are my other options to stop some future neighbor's kid from kicking shite against my fence? I can't take that shite if my xanax prescriptide is out.

It's a fence. It's not a noise free wall. You were going to have a neighbor. You created a worse issue giving up your 8 inches of property and/ or creating the nightmare you're about to have. Plant some thick shrubbery on your side to block noise, but my gosh, you can't live noise free with neighbors. Now, you've made an enemy next door. Probably a good idea to just move. Seriously.
