Street looks pretty empty. Must have been late late, like 3:00 - 4:00 am late.

NOTHING good is happening on the streets of the FQ at 3:00 am. Gotta get off the streets earlier than that or you are gambling with very low odds.

Most people travel and hope to have an authentic experience. It is unbelievable how lucky these tourist were to capture this on film. This is equivalent to going on safari and seeing two troops of baboons fighting.
