Word has it someone matching his description was seen suspiciously laying something in the road off 431 shortly before the accident. When questioned he assured detectives he was asleep at home with his wife at the time......

I think wife beater could've done more damage to the operator but he laid off once the guy was down. Fair fight. Trashy, but at least those guys fought fair and went their separate ways once done.
