I got home yesterday and the house was full of my daughter’s friends but my daughter wasn’t home. Neither was her car, I asked where was she, they said, “oh she and ….went to the “store to get some snacks”

My kids can be so sweet sometimes. We were telling them in group chat that we’re gonna be gone til Saturday and DW asked them to please keep up with the dishes and my middle kid says, “don’t worry we’ll have the house spotless for when you get back!”
