nahh. , thinking party ribs and German sausage. I picked up some white Bavarian bratwurst from trashi aldi. Use to get them at the ball park long time ago and vv happy to find them again.

so Party ribs, kinda a new thing, you slice the ribs up and smoke them as individual bones. gets all 4 sides with seasoning and sauce.
