Is the media hysteria more of an indictment on the public's handling of COVID or LEAN principles being implemented within Hospitals?

Eta: I am h8gh risk AF and can't believe the government is trying to control people to this level. My doctor told me to stay home so I do. ABSOLUTELY NO REASON anyone should lose their rights over this!! (Rights to go where you like, have a viable business, go to school, etc etc etc). High risk people have to take the same precautions every year for flu season, I assure you we are used to it.

What CA is doing is insane imo
But...I do think there need to be some restrictions(limited capacity, etc). Things can’t be wide open.
I don’t even know why I bother on this board though with this anymore though. Total waste of time and energy to debate this anymore

I haven’t been. I wear masks where required. And I’ve adjusted my life to have to go places where it is required less and less. But I don’t at work, barn, horse shows. I immediately take off once I reach my table at a restaurant.
So I’m over it but I’m also not pretending like I’ve gone above and beyond
