yes, and "driving thru", or something like that.

Also try 1982 or 83 with it.

Used to get our cold cuts from the "Chateau" on judge Perez in Arabi. And get my tires fixed by Joey at the Texaco station.

Favalora's Arabi Park Food Store on Mehle was great for cold cuts. They also had the best breaded veal cutlet poboy.

Have yet to find one in BR to match. Hell, you rarely see it on the menu up here. Rocco's has a decent one. It figures Rocco is from Chalmette.

Went to school with 'Rocco'. Troy.

We should have a BR get together of us all ex-pats.

Saw Troy last week at the Bash. Talked for a good while.

Troy has a sign in his Drusilla store. Its has LOC in Greek letters...Loyal Order of Chalmations. We could use his place to meet. I'm sure he would be game. Ha!!

Good idea. As long as there's beer.
I heard Mike D. died recently. He used to be a good friend back in elementary and middle school.
I think he was partners with Troy.

We probably know each other well, too.

Troy and I were good friends. Haven't seen him in a while. Always wanted to go eat at his place. But I never knew he went by "Rocco". I've been knowing him since I was 5 years old at St. Claude Heights.

Of course.
Or like everyone else, only 1 degree of separation.
