We know your position on Thrive. I find it interesting that the NO CoA gets a 890k grant to operate, and the BR CoA gets 12MM in dedicated funding. Really unbelievable when you think about a non-profit getting that much in dedicated funding with absolutely zero oversight. While the District Attorneys office who works to put dangerous criminals behind bars has to beg for funding. Hope you are happy!
