Bring a bag of Cheetos. The big bag. Eat the whole thing during the interview and at the end, lick your fingers clean and extend for a handshake. If he accepts, you nailed it. Hasn't worked yet but I obviously haven't found the right fit.

I don't. I'm pretty confident in general. I already know going in that that if they hire me I'll be one of their best people and hardest workers, and if they don't it's their loss.
But that's the same mentality I have 24/7, I don't do anything different for an interview.

I do my prep work. I know, going in, that I out studied everyone else applying for that job. If they decide not to hire me, that's on them and I will show every single place that it was a mistake not to hire me.

Pretty much what I was going to say. Just know the company inside and out and how you can help them.
And, of course, have a good understanding of the industry as a whole. Hiring manages love to think that they are getting something special in their hire that they don't already have and can't easily find elsewhere.
