Then when it arrived, I realized the barrel nut was timed and I needed shims. Had to order those, 10 more days.

When you say you “try calling and nothing”, what number did you call and have you spoken to anyone at USPS about your package? Have you created a service request (what we now refer to as a C360 case) and did they give you a case number?
