True story: My wife sets a series of alarms.
SO and I both do this. I'm not a morning person. I'd say between alarms and snoozing... the alarm goes off a minimum of 3 times

Every nine minutes for about an hour and a half.

My freakin wife hits it 4-5 times. I wake up the first time I hear the alarm. When she has to get up earlier than me, I am fricked. (which is pretty often.)

Never. One knows they have to get up, so just get the hell up. Why fight it.
Besides, I always wake the clock up.

Zero.
I've never understood the concept of the snooze button. To me, it's the equivalent of Chinese water torture. You're waken up, then you're falling back asleep, and then right as you're going into a deep sleep... BEEP BEEP BEEP! Then the cycle repeats itself, again and again, as many times as you hit the button. What's the allure of that?
Bollocks to that shite.

Depends on if I need to go in to the office early or not. I get up 2 hours earlier than I really need to. If I'm tired and don't have anything to do that morning, I'll keep hitting snooze. If I need to get something done, I'm up on the first alarm.
Really annoying that lately I wake up at 3. Like every morning. Wide awake and refreshed, but its too early. Fall back asleep and am tired as shite at 5.

Wife wakes me up. I don't trust myself with the snooze button. I am a zombie in the morning

0.
I set my alarm for the latest possible time I can get up.
Can't stand the snooze button. Jones hits it like 5 times when he has to be up for something, and it drives me insane if I don't have to be up. Just being inconsiderate at that point

I wake up before the alarm. If I don't on my own, my damn dog comes in to the room and hits me in the face with her paw until I get up.
