123. In another incident, during ACD's sophomore year, ACD and his girlfriend were going out to have dinner, while ACD was driving his truck Mooney got behind ACD, tailgated him, and tried to run him off the road multiple times."

I didn't read the OP yet, but I don't get shooting up a school because some bullied you. Maybe go after them, but not other innocent people.
