How much money is this offense REALLY worth? Maybe $500 if you ask me. Maybe that. What really is the negative value of a single utterance of that word on a receipt? this is what we need to decide as a society. It's not a 4-figure violation. Not this.

It isn't worth shite. Sticks and stones defense. But it's worth something to the race pimps who can extort money from the corporate interests to fend off boycotts and whatnot.

After waiting tables for almost 10 years, I dealt with some absolute entitled pieces of shite of all demographics. It took everything I had sometimes to hold my tongue. I'm not condoning what the kid did, but I certainly understand his frustration if the customer was anything like I've experienced before.

What I don't get is why do they have to go public with this and contact an attorney? Have a word with the manager, make sure the employee is reprimanded/fired...get your free meal and never come back.
