What is the biggest professional mistake you have ever made?

Objective 1: Honesty. Everyone that has been in the workforce for more than 10 minutes has made a mistake
Objective 2: Judges level of responsibility. If the mistake is truly large, then you can tell they have had real responsibility.

Dont ask them anything. Take them to a decent steak house, if they put steak sauce on it without tasting it first, then they dont get hired. If they pass the test then questions are in need.
