A new lawyer won't help him. Ole boy just doesn't like hearing criticism of his behavior. He's right, damnit, and everyone else is wrong.

I drink considerably more than he did at dinner. However, I don't have kids and my behavior is not subject to be putting under the microscope of a Bible-beating judge in bum frick, North Carolina.

Goddamned Ted Olson and Paul Clement could tell him to hold off on the drinking while this runs its course and he'd still drink because this is America god damnit!

As the previous post stated that's your decision. But it certainly doesn't illustrate child endangerment. This countries courts are so skewed against dads it would be funny if it wasn't such a tragedy.

We did have the kids with us. That was the justification for the ruling. I did not drink too much. I didn't get a DUI or any charge related to over consumption.

Um. Many judgements specifically state ZERO alcohol consumption when with kids for both parents.

You got caught. It's a stupid frickin thing to put in a judgment but It's very common. Fortunately both my exes like the sauce too and I only got raped on the support. But I can get drunk anytime.

Just shoot her during a big argument. Make it look spontaneous and brought on by rage. You'll be out in less than ten years. Cheaper and youlr kids will eventually get your side of the story and be able to make up their own minds.

Siemens Law Firm...their Avvo ratings are off the charts. That includes ratings not just from clients but other lawyers.

I'm not on my high horse at all. I already told you I drink more than he does and am probably an all-around much more shitty person.

However, I'm an adult and I know when I have to follow the rules. My behavior isn't subject to being put under a microscope like his is right now. I understand that, but he doesn't.

I'm just telling you, man. I don't give a frick about you drinking two beers at dinner. However, the judge does and you need to adjust your behavior accordingly. I'm sure you've sacrificed a ton for your kids thus far. I'm sure if if means cutting out alcohol totally while this runs its course then thats what you're going to do. After you sober up and lick your wounds from today, of course

Thanks man. For what it's worth, my neighbors are USCe graduates and are some of the best people I have ever known. You fit the bill as well.

I'm not a lawyer but 1st thing OP needs to do is immediately stop posting in this thread and do not mention anything about your custody battle online. She can use this shite against you in court.

You're not going to lose in court because of the beers, or your lawyer, or due to anything you post here, you're going to lose in court because you are a man, men always lose unless the exwife is in prison, on death row and murdered the judges mom
