Retired, natural night owl, always worked night shift. Still go to bed at 1-2 am and get up about 10-11 am. Love that 8-9 hours of sleep. I’m a great dreamer and enjoy it.

Glad y’all get the day started early for us, I’ve always been there to keep it running while y’all slept.

Even in the Nam I took the middle of the night rotations.

I retired a year ago and have finally started sleeping in till 7:30. Have cattle and calving season starts the end of February. Will be up checking lots several times a night and out the door in the morning right before its daylight for a couple months.

Now that type of life I would understand and adapt to (kinda). Don’t understand getting up early to go to a desk job.

But to each his own. Go for it wormers.

I never understood why desk job people hated talking to anyone for the first 30 minutes after they got to work until I had a desk job.

Let me drink my morning cup of coffee and read yahoo's news page first before bothering me with anything.

I work at home so I don't wake up until I receive a call. Sometimes its early and sometimes its not til lunch. Sometimes its at 2:30am.

Since I work at home I definitely take advantage of the extra sleep in the morning whenever I can.

Where’s all the hardlegs ready to get up. I’ve got 2.5 more hours to my shift to talk shite on how they didn’t get up at 4:30 sharp.

The new brag is how early they go to bed. This generation just wants to do absolutely everything against the norm.

I have to be at the office at 7am. My office is a 7min drive from the house. I wake up at 415 every weekday so I can enjoy my coffee and watch the news in peace. I am married with a 4yr old so this quiet time is my favorite part of my day

Mine stands at the very edge of our bed with her disheveled morning hair hanging over her head and softly moans like that Ring girl, “JUUUUICE…I WANT JUUUUUICE…” surprisingly creepy voice for a 3 year old.

Wakes us straight up out a dead sleep every time better than any alarm clock ever could.
