Correct, majority of men don't give as much of a shite because it's not our body being penetrated. But technically, if a girl comes unto you while you're blacked out and starts sucking you up, riding you, etc.
You could technically press charges.

That's strange. I'm pretty sure you can't legally consent when intoxicated beyond a certain level.
