I guess you would say it is the midsection of the base, or the pedestal. The ground level component of the base is still there, but the pedestal with the inscriptions is on the truck.

I bought my wife dat lil Mignon Faget bow ring there in 2001. It was the last time I spent ONE RED cent or set FOOT in that shithole, and I didn't move to Texas for 12 more years.

and Bitch Landrooz can eat straight tails, him.

Do you realize this is the sentiment of a lot of people? It isn't a knock on the city itself but what our leaders have turned it into. The loss of the historical landmarks coupled with the increase in crime is going to have an impact. We have historically seen that this will affect tourism.

I saw 6 figures easily in Willful Violations, that dude in the red flannel shirt had a 100k himself. Trump needs have OSHA review the tape and be present at the other removals, let's see how much Mitch Bitch has in his private donation fund.

it sure seems like a lot of people:

Not from New Orleans;

That don't live in New Orleans;

That haven't been to New Orleans in awhile;

Are really concerned about this. Most New Orleanians don't give a flying frick and just tune this shite out.

I used to go there on a regular basis. I've spent more dollars there than I care to try to count. I have only been back once since bitch landroo took over and that was only a ride through to show the place to a visiting cousin.

The entire landroo family is a bunch of dumocrap liberals mooching off of the public. Moving these statues will solidify his re-election. The perpetual poor will vote him back in never realizing it is people like him that keep them poor.

He can't run for re-election. He's termed out.

Exactly. This adversely affects New Orleans tourism (a big industry) which directly affects State tax revenue, among a myriad of other State issues far too numerous to list.

This is a Statewide issue. Your AG is Jeff Landry. Let him know your concerns. He is your only hope to save PGT and Lee at this point, because we know the governor thinks this is strictly a local "New Orleans" issue. Our governor's short sightedness is alarming.

he made this move AFTER getting re-elected to mayor

he is now term-limited out

you know he will never win a statewide office in Louisiana after this... so his political career is pretty much over

Which is why he's doing this now.

I was just about to post about that. I wonder how many districts and engines are undermanned right now. This shite is infuriating and an incredible waste of resources.
