Kathy Griffin, whom no one had thought about since...has Kardashianed her way back into the news. I thought this might get away from her initially, but I think she is going to be able to turn this into the publicity she desired.

If she can bait another Trump response, which is perhaps likely due to itchy Twitter fingers from POTUS, she will probably be pleased with herself.
