Why the hell would Tulsa allow the guys they arrested to sit in the front seat?
The guy said it's because in some of their cars they have cages and will put them in the backseat. If they don't have them, they put them in the front to keep a closer watch.
I figured all cop cars had the cages (at least people working the streets) and I understand wanting to keep a close watch, but it seems like more can go wrong as well.
Maybe it's determined by how hostile the suspect is?

ETA - These dumbasses don't know they have GPS on these rented/financed/leased cars.
