The lack of understanding in how civil service employees are handled is astounding. There's a process that has to play out but they refuse to acknowledge that and they use the lack of firing as a call to arms. You can't just fire a civil service employee on a whim without investigation and documentation.
It's a process that benefits a lot of shitty workers in many more departments than just law enforcement. See DPW and DMV slugs for examples.

This group isn't really interested in things like due process when it comes to getting what they want. They cling to the law when it suits them and throw it out the window when it doesn't. Their mob rule mentality explains a lot about why they find themselves in the situations they are in.

The story they tell is pretty funny. According to them, he and his girlfriend were riding a 4-wheeler on some back roads (pretty sure that is illegal) and allegedly out frogging "at the time frogs generally come out" at 4am. How many of you have been frogging before? I'm curious as to what time of the day people generally go frogging.
Later on they speculate that he was "where he shouldn't have been"....As in trespassing?

I've only been frogging around that time honestly. Late late.

If 10,000 of us show up around this city any where, they can't stop us.
This is true for all peoples in the U.S. The freedom to lobby by an individual is the most powerful and least expressed freedom we have.
Overpowering, physically, those entrusted to govern and protect us is an abuse of freedoms and she of only be used in the most extreme and dire of circumstances (revolutionary war for example).
We have the ability, if we stop fighting against each other, to unite and make true positive changes in society.
This requires education and humility of the individual. 33/40% of people believe one thing, 33-40% believe the exact opposite and 20-34% are undecided or don't care. If we all could educate ourselves, instead of following the line of lies or mis-truths fed by the mass media, we would see at the core we all have the same desires.
These people calling for physical over-action will lead us to be told we should give up some of our freedoms for safety.

He owned a concrete business, therefore he could never commit crime. Would be interesting to get a name on that business to see if it is even active.

He should! It appears he has a history of clinging to simple carbohydrates though.

This has been brought up in the thread. They have no clear definition of just what the "justice" is that they seek. It's basically some moving target subject to the whimsy of whatever person is holding the social media reigns at the time. Much like the rest of modern social activism, it's nothing more than a foundation-less temper tantrum rooted in emotion and not fact or logic.
Just think about this for a second. They're pissed that the cops shot a guy for going for a loaded gun in his pocket.

I've been many times. I agree that night time is the right time, but I don't think I've ever been out at 4am still trying to catch frogs. I've always been right after dark...Maybe I'm wrong.

I don't know why you people continue to start threads about this guy.
You give him thousands of dollars worth of free advertising every time you start a thread about him.

The vast majority won't be. They just want to live their lives.
