At first I thought this could be a logical thing to do if they were doing it on gameday a little before the students went into the stadium. However, seeing as they're letting the test back date to mid August, is just freaking stupid.

Yep. They'd have to test every student every day through football season. How much are taxpayers paying for that?

if you do not have symptoms you do not need to be tested.
