Reading the comments of certain "men" on the subject of a drunk woman deserves what happens to her.....it leads to the assumption that some of you may have taken advantage of intoxicated women yourself! I can think of no other reason they would be so adamant in vilifying the young woman, and giving her attackers a free pass. After all, boys will be boys, never let a free opportunity to have sex go wasted...am I right?
And vilifying the young woman's parents for her raising?.....the "gentlemen's" mamas ain't got nothing to be proud of either.
Just the way I see it. Now I have to go ask myself why I'm on a sports message board that has these kind of "men' on it.

Sounds like your projecting.
No one is blaming her for what happened, she just increased the odds greatly that it would occur.

Well, were/are you an alcoholic? In that case, I wouldn't say drinking was stupid. It was more of your personality. I assume an alcoholic can't just drink a few nights during a week. I know my dad, who wasn't technically an alcoholic, would come home every day after work and knock back a 6 pack in two hours and not even be drunk or anything so I guess someone can do that and then if they decide to continue drinking it could be considered stupid?
You were drinking more than beer I assume??

It’s actually pretty disgusting. Men saying a girl who had a bac of .319, had fallen down, didn’t know where she lived, had passed out, and walked into the middle of a four lane highway was sober enough to give informed consent.
If she was sober enough to give informed consent she would have been sober enough not to walk into the middle of Burbank drive and get hit by a car.

casen carver said in his statement they had to ask her several times to consent to sex bc of her level of her intoxication. think about all aspects of needing to ask a drunk girl several times to have sex.

Rarely, will you see people cast blame on both sides, and I think that applies here

I agree. The prosecution will have their hands full as well as the defense.
I see people saying she couldn't remember where she lived.... but she was staying at a friends that night and couldn't remember what house was there's. That's information from the original thread that was in a report.
