Same thing happened to us with a mattress we bought from them. We were told to walk on it and crawl on it to break it in (this was after we tried to return it only to be told once it's out the plastic it's to late). After a year we said frick it and went buy a new mattress from somewhere else. They are like used car dealers and I make sure to have it all in writing after dealing with them.
