Your dog should be fine. Will just probably have the shits and vomit.
Our 60 pound pitbull mix got into a whole bag of Reese's and a whole bag of Hershey Kisses. She ate wrappers and all. Called the vet and they told us that baker's chocolate is the worst, dark chocolate and milk chocolate are bad and white chocolate is perfectly fine (since it's not real chocolate anyway).
It has to do with the amount of caffeine in the chocolate and it causes their heart to beat really fast and they basically have a heart attack and die.
The vet told us we could induce vomiting...which looking back I would recommend b/c that way you can contain the dog and know when it's going to vomit and shite. We didn't induce vomiting and I basically had to take off work the next day and clean carpets. At one point she started coughing and she vomited a whole ball of foil and wrappers.
Other than making her feel like shite for a few days she was fine.

Call the lsu vet school for advice. Someone is always there.

Cocoa powder is by far the worst, takes very little of it to kill a dog.
