Well is the neighbor your landlord? Why don't you start with talking to the landlord and then if that doesn't work you can call the police. These are the steps of a normal/functioning/sane person. However, if you want to be a retard go ahead and kill the dog.

So wrong on both accounts. Death by antifreeze is far from slightly cruel, one of the most horrible ways for an animal to die. And you just keep believing that poisoning an animal, much less going on to the owners property to do it, isn't illegal. Sure it sucks to have a neighbor's dog keeping you from your beauty rest but I would suggest you invest in some good earplugs before you go through with your plan A & your train of thought about the legality of plan A.

Had all 3 of my dogs poisoned and killed by antifreeze on the same day when I was 13. They suffered and it's the only time I've seen my dad cry. You are a cold heartless bastard if you do that.
