Honestly not offended. Just would've preferred an in person conversation do get better details about the barking. Is it truly constant or they just the two old crotchy neighbors who get their panties in a wad with any barking for more than a few mins.
I have a pretty good feeling I know who the neighbors are as I've see them peering over our fence when I'm outside playing with the dogs.

Well the suspected neighbors look 60s. Also have a single mom living next door who works terrible hours so cleary not her. And a stay at home mom on the other side who can't even see the porch so I can't imagine its her as she has a dog that barks all day as well.
