I have a bad back and used to take a fairly high dose of morphine after my second surgery. I have some horror stories I could share if it wasn't so embarrassing. Would have been worth 900 bucks to be regular. Try not being able to go for 2 weeks at a time and then going into labor. Sucks. I am thankful I grew tired of that and the mental and physical addiction that comes with it and successfully took myself off the opiates.

There is already a shot your primary can give you, but you'll go there in he office so bring a book. We've given several of them, always to people who are in pain management.

More specifically the southern provinces such as Helmand.

I recall during the big push to change Hydrocodone to Sched 2, they were selling a new hydrocodone. Because before it wasn't the opioid that was the problem, it was the tylenol killing peoples livers. Their answer (cant remember name) a "new" drug that was only hydrocodone with no tylenol. In addition they had dosages as high as 40mg of Hydrocodone in one pill.
I am sure that shite was going to be expensive as frick too. For something whose active ingredient was on many $4 lists.
