Just about every day. I messaged her first once. She does work two jobs, so I haven't given her a hard time. She gets off from one job and goes straight to the other one. She's trying to save up money for a house, she said.

As others have said, the chances are pretty good you aren't the only guy on her radar. If you want to get to the front of the line don't be coy. Tell her you want to get together this weekend and have details about what you'll be doing, leaving an obvious option to turn the evening into a breakfast date. If she doesn't jump on it just tell her that if she wants to later then she knows how to reach you. And don't call her back unless she does first.

Dude, you missed that boat.
When she asked for help with the pump, that (to her) was a VERY obvious proposition...and by walking away, you turned her down.
The phone number thing was her (in desperation) spelling it out in plain English...making sure that you understood, and that you really weren't saying no...which you did...again.
That ship has sailed - probably has a serious BF, fiancee, whatev. Wasn't looking for another one, just a quick romp...some strange, if you will.
It was what we called a "Clark Griswald" back in the day...Sadly, you don't see too many of those in a lifetime.
Better luck next time, if there is one.

Call her or text her with this... "Look I dont normally give out my number, but I gave it to you because I thought we had something. Not necessarily like The Notebook something, but like Back Door Sluts 9 something. Holler when you need that Vitamin D. Im down if you are."
