Slo, the difference between that tripe and real BDSM is the usr of safe words to allow the woman to say no without having to lose the fantasy.
That fricking trash fan fiction, from twilight, yes it was, didn't even understand the finer points of actual fun times with whips and chains.

LL think's they're a rapist.
I said in my novel of a post a few pages ago that I do not necessarily feel this way, but that many women, law enforcement, rape centers, and others see it as rape.

I knew I shouldn't have gotten into this thread.

Men are absolutely raped. Happens less often, but still very plenty.

Look at the whole confusion in this thread. Persistence is considered by some chivalry. Wink thinks they're a douchebag/stalker. LL think's they're a rapi
Exactly. That's why we have laws with defined terms. The use of personal definitions has no place.

Give me a fricking break. Persistance does not equal pressure.
frick y'all have some warped minds.

oh no. that's 100% wrong. more men are raped in the US than women

You're wrong, again.
Male rape, when including the prison population is more prevalent than female rape.

I'm about to have dinner with my social worker friend. I should get her to post.

retyping the same drivel isn't going to make me believe it's rape.
we get it, you think women are 100% always the victim, even if it means redefining the word just to call the incident rape.

colleges do the 'preponderance' standard and really do not allow those accused of sexual misconduct proper due process. there are some horror stories
And something needs to be done about this. A rape/sexual misconduct accusation is a very serious matter and official proceedings should have no room for prejudice of any sort and should take place in a fair and impartial setting and the accuser and the accused are on equal and neutral ground with equal rights and have access to the same resources and due process.
The identities of the accuses and accuser should be anonymous as this is a very private and personal matter and it's not a public interest at all for the identities to be public knowledge.

Well considering this entire argument started from people being angry at false accusations.. and then escalated into people deciding that things some women consider to be rape isn't rape and it fricks with men's lives.. it's clear the law doesn't follow a clear-cut definition either. It might have one written down, but y'all are the ones saying men are wrongly accused. Which means whatever they did is somehow becoming legally defined as rape.
If the Tinder guy is convicted, we see that he didn't beat the hell out of the girl. He didn't break in and tie her down. She followed through with what he wanted her to do. So .. if he's convicted, what does that say about the legal definition?
Just a while back, men were talking about all the people they know who have been charged with raped undeservedly. So clearly, if it's undeserved, the law is just as blurry as personal opinion regardless of what's written on paper because people are getting convicted for things other than what the law says.. or else you all wouldn't think it was undeserved.

I wasn't referencing people who don't live in the civilian world. I was talking about rape in our society out here where we're living. Take out my "happens less often" if we're going into that world.

what you can say is "males are much more likely to perpetrate rape", which is 10000% true (as with all violent crimes)
