It was Hovensa before that (a joint venture between Hess and PEDEVESA), Limetree was just storage AFAIK.

It’s only crap crude if you can’t process it for a profit….. if you can? The margins can be great.

Being able to process high sulfur and high residual doesn't mean the crude is better quality.

It's crap and priced accordingly. Your low value product content is much higher.

Those refineries were originally designed to process Venezuela’s type oil.

Who said it was better quality. I said, if you can process it, the profit margin is there.
