Mayo is what makes a sandwich. I always use either that or ranch on both sides of the hoagie roll.

I also love juicy med-rare cheeseburgers, beef chimichangas, mounds of red sauce pasta, hot french fries dipped in ketchup, Delpit's super greasy fried chicken, etc.
All in moderation, but certainly enough to say I'm not the healthiest human being on earth :) I luckily still wear a size 0.
