I'm really not. I haven't felt basically any way today until I felt like stirring up the nest a little with a meme.

want it to be legal nation-wide, which is why I would support an amendment to make it so.
Then let's get it done

Do you think it won't be banned very soon for millions of Americans?
Nope. They have avenues if they choose to use them. Nonprofits will pay for travel and board. Several companies have already stated they will do the same.
They will still be able to kill their baby if they want.

Sounds like states I wouldn't want to live in. Good thing we aren't forced to live in certain states.

You posted a nonsensical meme and now are walking it back
Kudos

You mean like states and local govts having hotlines to report their neighbors having "illegal" gatherings during the Covid BS?

wouldn't you protest where all the state laws are passed?

Yes, stupid things like that but they will potentially come with prison time

What’s confusing you? There will never be a ban on abortion for millions of people. If you can’t afford a flight to another state, that doesn’t mean you’re banned from having an abortion.

Any more brain busters?

Or like having police show up and shut your business down for not following the "guidelines"?

And exactly how will this be done?

That court case opinion decided to focus on "substantive due rights" rather than what it should have been focused on the equal protection clause.
So if that case does get revisited, it's almost a given that it will not get overturned, but will get a better argument for constitutionality (which is kinda what Thomas was arguing in his concurrence)
Thomas would almost certainly rule that the law was constitutional. Look at his dissent in Lawrence.

Like the California laws that arrest people from other states that own “illegal” guns and “extended magazines”?
Tell me you are an idiot without telling me you’re an idiot.
