Looks rather dangerous to be honest. Model generated soundings (profile of the atmosphere) for Raleigh show plenty of shear and good instability.

Really crazy how we've been having these winter bad weather events over the last several years, at least notably...these really warm winters are nice but they come with a price sometimes

Channel 3 just had video of tornado, u could only see it when lighting hit. It was nasty looking.
