Ok I see. Now that I know Crump is the lawyer I see he is calling him a veteran, but then the Army came out saying he wasnt as he never served.
So essentially the lawyer/family is going to push the narrative of him being a veteran, and an innocent bystander. All on FB of course...

Ive been in Bham since this happened. My wife worked in the Galleria for some time before we metand dealt with mall and HPD security. This is a bit of a different case and why we are not hearing much right now. There are cameras from end to end of that mall not including the retailers cameras. There is a reason there have been minimal updates. Lots of witnesses, lots of cameras, one of the best equipped PDs in the state, etc.
This will get interesting, real quick.

Im sure, but is there anything on what kicked off the initial altercation?

My LEO friends say that this case is sealed tight... which IMO is they way it should be, people are doing their jobs. My opinion, they know who and what caused initial altercations, but minors are involved. I also think that HPD have a mess on their hands.

Are they going to hide his thugish rugish pics, and not take any blame for being the proximate cause of the incident??
One picture of him holding a gun proves he was some thug criminal? And you think he's to blame for his death for just because got caught in the wrong place at the wrong time?

Okay? That's justification to you for his death?

Bowl you seem a little too close to the situation.
You are getting a little too emo.
The facts will eventually come out.

It's justification that he's no angel.

Without a doubt. I've seen the inside of the room in the Galleria with all the security camera monitors. Every inch of that place is covered, and the stores have their own security camera systems inside that are separate and there's at least 3 or 4 stores that could have caught something if they had a camera pointed out

The pic he was in...yes.

So are you saying he wasnt apart of the initial altercation? If he was then it's not a case of "being in the wrong place at the wrong time". Why I keep asking what it was that happened.
it's funny how his side was quick to say that he wasnt the original shooter, but are all quiet on what he was doing during that kicked it all off. If he wasnt duin nuffin wrong than we'd know...

Whatever happened we will know. The Galleria has security cameras covering every square inch of the common areas of the mall, and the stores have their own separate security camera systems and theres 4 stores with a perfect view of where this happened

I will continue to reserve judgement on if he is involved or not. Surely there is a ton of video available.
Has anyone discussed the young man, Rashad Wilson, who help tend to the 12 year old girl who was shot? This young man actually is in the army. The other guy never made through basic training?

That's so awesome he immediately tended to the girl and waited until more help arrived.

Let the good times roll
quote:
The New York Times reported that Bradford’s mother, April Pipkins, has hired “Benjamin L. Crump, a Tallahassee, Fla., lawyer, who has in the past represented the families of Trayvon Martin, Michael Brown and Tamir Rice.”
Crump criticized the police department for “jumping to conclusions,” while asserting that Bradford “was trying to be somebody who helped save people” at the time of his death.
The attorney’s claim about why Bradford was wielding a gun at the time of his death appears to come from Pipkins’ speculation to The New York Times. She explained her son was living with her near Birmingham and “would not have been involved in the shooting, and might have been trying to protect other people in the mall.”

Not enough attention is being paid to this man and what he did. I guarantee you that he wasn't at the mall to cause trouble.
As for the guy that got wasted by the cop, we'll have to wait for the facts to come out. But I think I know enough about him now to be confident in predicting that he was not some innocent bystander here. Nor was he running with his gun to help others.
