Sure it is. Sometimes you get busy at work. Sometimes you go hunting. Sometimes you don't feel like engaging with anyone.
If someone expects constant communication, especially when you aren't well along in a relationship, they're fricking nuts. Just because I'm not blowing up your damn phone about the massive shite I took at the office while trying to get my buddy out of a DUI doesn't mean I've lost interest.

A couple of the quotes in the OP might fall under that category. The first quote is pretty much the polar opposite. It seems to advocate for the idea of imperfect women should be treated as princesses all of the time whatever their warts.
That stuff, along with the "happy wife, happy wife" stuff deserves to die a public death. 90% of the time when I read someone posting this stuff online it's usually from self absorbed people who are not looking for equality or fairness, they are looking to be treated better than they treat their partners and therefore better than they deserve to be treated in turn.
And yeah, there are a metric ton of those douchebags on social media who are men. And criticizing those men doesn't make anyone guilty of misandry
