As an adult I disagree 100%

I can see a insecure teenager or young adolescent thinking this way but not a grown adult.

But most women don’t!

That’s the whole point of these memes. They’re trying to empower women to desire better treatment

If you're empowered by a meme, then you don't deserve better treatment.

No they’re not. They’re designed to make women who can’t pick a decent male to be with feel better.

It’s no different than a dude posting “ALL WOMEN ARE WHORES RIGHT?! WHO WANTS TO DRINK TONIGHT???”

If you’re into a woman, you’ll usually have something to say

If you’re not into her you won’t want to talk to her. But women with low self esteem or low self confidence will keep hanging on, even when it’s obvious to outsiders they’re only being kept around for a possible booty call

They will even create multiple alters on an anonymous message board to garner as much male attention as they can possibly handle.

Even go as far as lying about a dead husband.

From the time I spend watching from the sidelines, I can confidently say the dating world/single life is fricking insanity for both men and women

Interesting thread. If women follow the advice memes in the original post, they will end up alone, unloved and past over. In their 40s, bitter and miserable. They'll probably get run through along the way by every Tom, Dick and Harry that takes their fat arse to Applebee's.

Nope. Sometimes shite ain't happening. Unless I've found a woman who wants to discuss metapolitical and historical things with me, my days can be uneventful enough that I don't have anything to discuss. I surely don't expect it on the other end. I don't care about what happened at work unless it is interesting.

You are just phrasing it differently

People will put up with a lot to get into/be in a relationship

People don’t like to be alone

Men could make similar memes. It’s just about giving people a boost to not put themselves so far below their proposed partner and have some self respect

99% of those memes be it men or women are just folks pissed off how their last relationships ended

Really? When you get excited about a woman you don’t even want to say good morning, good night, how are you?

Sounds like you aren’t that interested in her if you don’t want to say a single word to her for three days

For the vast majority it is hollow words. They might think they take something from it but they do not. It's just like "new year, new me". It's actually "new year, same me because I do not make any changes to my life"

Sometimes, yeah, but not every single damn day, especially if it's been going on for a while. I'm not a fricking hardlegged teenager.

Believe it or not, there are many women who aren't bothered by it. I've certainly been serious about someone and acted in the manner I've described.

It’s happened to me and yeah it’s a bummer but I didn’t think the chick should be in love with every inch of ground I stepped on
