They need to just raze it all when people inevitably move on to the next new apartments. They need to get rid of all section 8 housing around LSU and put it out near the airport away from everything else.

And you sound like a dick head. I'm no expert, but I've owned rental real estate and have a masters in finance, so I do understand the financing structure of those major complexes. They don't give a s*** about keeping the area up, just cash flowing
