So you're suggesting the homeowners had some prior relationship with this Trevor guy, and he never once seemed to bring that up, or his sweet deal he had with them, or his hopes of future jobs, in any of the direct texts he had with them?
My guess is that if you were correct, that would have been literally the first thing he threw at them.
