What reinforcements? He was on a expeditionary squad to bring them to a reservation. He doesn’t attack he’s court martialed.

Yeah I’m really enjoying it. I’m not a big reader but several years ago I read “panther in the sky” about tecumsah from the Indians point of view. This is very interesting reading it from several different points of view.
