I’m only referring to the shell.
They’ve done something unnatural to that egg to fry the frick out of it and it not just burn but harden into a taco shell texture while still looking like an egg.

It lays flat unless it's in the little card board thing to hold it up,
My guess is there's a circle form that that crack the egg into on the griddle and it cooks in that shape, then they just put it in the cardboard thing and put the toppings in jt
