I’m sure you’re a blast at parties.

It’s very real off 42 for sure. South of here didn’t look too real yet.

Wind was gusting really well and the stopped like a switch. Still pouring. That was freaky.

Wind still blowing but rain mysteriously stops pretty much means there’s a tornado very nearby. Be careful out there.

I know it's probably hard to say, but when will the tornado watches/warnings hit Bay St. Louis? I had planned to drive back home to NOLA today after work (5-6pm) and know I'll be in storms, but think I'll be ok if I wait until watches are done? Is this storm slow-moving?

Winds seems to be calming a bit Siegen/Perkins but still pouring.. Is there something behind this line of storms or is this line it?

Not sure where you are, but it’s been howling over here on the south side of campus for the last hour or so.

I can tell Jeff maybe didn't have his coffee this morning

The issue is, any tornado that may spawn from this line could still do damage, but it won't be the kind of tornado people hear about in parts of Oklahoma, Alabama, etc; they'll be brief spinups that may only be EF-0 or EF-1. However, he can't say that to the audience, so he's still telling them to get in their safe room, but I can tell he knows it's probably not that serious of a tornado threat.

The storms are definitely intense in the area, nonetheless.

Weather threads. Great resource for the OT sleuths to learn EXACTLY where people live.

Damn, y'all keep safe there. Bad weather heading to us this afternoon.

All while Tuscaloosa is going to have a Navy Blue Angels show today.

That would be neat to see: Blue Angels circling around a tornado.

I'd think for sure the storms will have passed by then. Its hualing arse. You may not even drive in the rain.
