People it wasn't three hours just on triceps, it was a push day, chest shoulders and triceps. My triceps got especially blasted though. One bright spot, my arms look huge.

Theraworx first then Waterboy hydration and Hylands Leg Cramps (not the pm version and, no, it’s not just for legs).

Ice and ibuprofen for inflammation. Heat a couple days later for healing.

You didn't overtain your triceps. You were actually under trained for that level of training.
