I'm assuming everyone gets this. It's every gottdamn night. Can't sleep for hours usually because my brain won't shut off. Some of it matters. Some of it is stupid shite. What is your experience?
Welcome to one of the unwelcome effects of anxiety issues.

I started running about 2 years ago few times a week and doing other activities on other days. It's helped.
It also helps I think if you can get a "bedtime routine" ... can be hard if you're in college with studies/homework and whatnot but it can help.
You've got to find a way to calm your mind ... prayer, mediation, visualization and if nothing works professional help may be needed to just sort things out and identify an issue.
I get stressed mostly during rice planting and harvest season when I don't see my hubs until late at night and we discuss bills .. yeah, not a good thing to talk about at bedtime. I've come to realize that and stopped.

I said I used to have problems falling asleep because of my mind racing when I would go to sleep.
I have now come up with ways to cope with this, such as meditative exercises.
If you are referring to the part where I said that not falling asleep made me even more anxious, it's because I was worried about how tired I would be the next day when I went to school. It's stressful when you can't fall asleep when you want to, and know you have an exam or something the next day.

You must be smoking some weak shitee
