30 seconds elapse from him being first told to keep the window down
26 second mark of video the officer says keep it down.
Until when the officer opens the door at 56 seconds
He had half a fricking minute to roll the window back down. He didn’t

I mean I think it’s a little disingenuous to say you can’t figure out what people are upset about.
I said this yesterday. I’ve had 6-7 speeding tickets. I’ve never been pulled out of the car and hand cuffed face first in the concrete by 3 or 4 cops manhandling me. It was a dramatic overreaction to a situation that didn’t need to be escalated by an officer who clearly wanted to escalate.
Tyreke Hill is an idiot. And he’s a pretty despicable person. That’s not really up for debate. He didn’t make the situation any better. But the cops has to be responsible for his actions as well

Why roll it up to begin with? Rolling up a blacked out window during a traffic stop is very low-IQ and/or intentionally escalatory behavior.
Because he can.

Did you roll up your blacked out window and take 20+seconds to crack it a little bit?
I assume not.

That's why reasonable people do everything the can to relieve the tension in these interactions. Not all cops are bad, but there are plenty of over-zealous rambos in badges out there. Why test them?

How quickly after the first knuckle tap of the window did the window come back down. You're claiming 30 seconds?

It is an absolute fact that cops have been killed in situations exactly like this for under reacting. Your rights to be a piece of shite child will be viciously trampled upon
Oath and Constitution be damned. The Constitution is more important than your safety. Go to dental school or find an office job if you cant grasp that. I hear they need mechanica and electricians...you can be as cautious as you like in those careers.
100s of thousands died awful deaths to protect our freedoms. You want assholes to roll down a window, go protest your legislature for a law requiring it.

And that is fine. But don't get upset when the cops overreact. Yes, some of them are morons who are itching for a fight, but those guys also live in a very real world where any interaction potentially ends in them not going home that night. There are videos and instances all over the internet of cops being shot at otherwise routine traffic stops.
Its just not smart behavior to frick with them for no reason other than "because he can." You'd have a point if he was improperly charged or beaten to hell or something. But he wasn't. He got a timeout because of his actions, not the cops, and he left with the traffic tickets that he earned before what we saw on video.

I don’t give a frick. Am I alive for not under reacting to an over grown impulsive child? Are you denying that a situation just like this could not have ended with the person in the car grabbing a gun? Be better

That behavior doesn’t dismiss the reaction by the police. He had Tyreke Hills drivers license in his hand. Hill dismisses him to “do what you need to do” and begins to roll his window up.
At that point, if the cop just goes back to his vehicle/bike to write the ticket none of this ever happens. He WANTS the window down where it’s not necessary. And because he couldn’t let his command be ignored he’s got to drag a guy out of his car.
Just write the ticket and let’s get this thing over with.

At 26 seconds hill starts rolling his window up so the officer tells him to “keep it down”
The cop repeats “keep it down” two more times
30 seconds later at 56 seconds the door is opened by the officer
He had half a minute to roll the blacked out window down. At that point, the officers removed him
You know why? Because they can….

Yea, that isn't how it works. Blacked out windows = no visibility into the vehicle = threat to officer safety. They aren't going to let that happen, and they shouldn't in a general sense.

Officers would be brain dead retards to let people keep their blacked out windows up during stops

Why be beholden to them? They are abusing the law and their power just as much as Hill is.

It isn't about being beholden to them. Its about having some awareness of the situation. If you are pulled over, the officer sees you as a threat until he has information to the contrary.
Adults understand that.

ROFL. I will unload an entire clip in your face before I’m going down and not returning to my family for your constitutional right to be an a-hole and grab a gun behind your black out windows. Sorry fam, it was the man’s constitutional right to act like a trash can human child and there was NOThInG I could have done to prevent him from killing me

I said this in the other thread…officer safety is a bullshite argument that people use as a way for cops to be able to do whatever they want and for citizens to just have to take it.
The job comes with risks and responsibilities. If you can’t handle them, don’t do the job. But the risks don’t give you a free pass to violate my rights.
