More retarded union shite.

Skilled workers don't have issues finding good work.

Unions protect sub standard employees. They limit advancement for good employees.

You are “assuming” what the workers want. Why not put it up to a vote and actually find out?

It is a bit strange that USW would rather have them locked out rather than give them that option. Of course the USW employees making these decisions are still getting paid. How nice for them.

Jebeco, the more you talk the more I know you’re full of shite

Notiger was slightly off on specifics related to EM but the premise is absolutely true. No union worker has been impacted (e.g., terminations) in the least except for the 401k match which is public knowledge at this point.

The non-represented employees have certainly been impacted.

Correct.

Unions benefit journeymen, mainly construction trades. They no longer benefit manufacturing workers.

However, the people making decisions only care about their own hide.

Show me where I said that non represented workers didn't get hit? I thought we were talking about union represented workers?

100 years ago, correct.

They are no longer viable. Are you in a union?

This is some damn fine corporate boot licking. Yes there are a number of corrupt unions but that doesn't take away from what good unions have brought us in the past

That is exactly how USW handles this. They decide what proposals get brought up for a vote, and they dgaf if a majority disagrees

Yes, unions only represent corporation employees. No public employees are unionized.

How fricking stupid are you?

You obviously have some kind of personal strife with USW. Or maybe just unions in general. I know your kind. Just drop it.
But if it makes you feel better, just keep saying that I'm "full of shite" and leave it at that.

Did corporations suddenly have a change of heart? Were Amazon workers not just shitting in bags to meet Amazon's insane delivery time?
