Agreed. The guy is clearly a dumbass and should never have been doing what he was doing (and should've been arrested already if local LEO wasn't told not to cooperate). I don't know if it impacts the legality of the shooting interaction but it definitely makes him less sympathetic publicly.

Oh I'm not unbiased,
I want ICE to appear in the best light possible since they are doing the work I want them to do. And right now their public perception in the US is in freefall.
If the dems sweep in '28, ice will be abolished and we will have open borders that would make the Biden admin pause. America go the way of Europe.
