Fwiw I just searched on the Wal mart app. The only bacon for $12 a lb was Oscar Meyer “center cut” which was 8.98 for 12 oz
Hormel black label was $6.98 for a 16 oz pack
Wrights thick cut 9.98 for a 24 oz pack or $6.67 lb
Great value 4.24 for 16 oz pack
Smithfield 7.18 for 16 oz pack
